The U in Trouble

CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- Miami finally received its notice of allegations from the NCAA, which accused the school of having a "lack of institutional control" for not monitoring the conduct of a booster who provided thousands of dollars in cash, gifts and other items to football and men's basketball players. The U is fucked. They are definitely going to be in big trouble about this because no shit they lost institutional control, Nevin Shapiro was paying anything and everything to recruits to get them to play for Miami.

The Best thing for The U, was the Penn State scandal, because anything compared to that seems like nothing. They will not receive the death penalty, and most likely they will lost less scholarships and everything going forward, which is a shame.

But I have to say, if you run a program like this, you will eventually get burned.

Nevin Shapiro is serving a 20 year deal for his 938 million dollar fraud scheme, and with that money a bunch of it went to the University of Miami football and Basketball team.
