Lakers @ Celtics Preview

A game between two teams most of the NBA believe to be dead. The Celtics though are riding a 5 game Rondo-less winning streak, and even with the news of losing Sully nothing seems to be slowing them down. Tonight would've been a huge test, but with Gasol and Howard out this is a game the Celtics really should win.

The biggest thing going against the Celtics tonight could be their legs. They had to play last night on the road, so not only are they playing on back-to-back night, but they are doing so with air travel. The Lakers are riding a 3 game winning streak of their own, and have seen Kobe at times become a passer instead of a scorer, which could be very interesting to watch.

In the end, I'll keep saying what I have been saying. I don't think teams have a read on the Celtics yet. It was like a new team was created when Rondo went down, not that their better just so different it's hard to gameplan. That on top of these guys fighting for the right to play together and you get a streak like this.

The league still hasn't figured it out, and their egos get them another win.

Celtics 99-94
Player of the Game: KG
Game starts at 8pm
