If a team was to move it should be the Jaguars, that is a sorry team, in a sorry city, with sorry fans. I don't feel that way about Atlanta (in terms of football) at all. It sounds like most of this is just lobbying for a new stadium, and that most likely Blank is just using this for leverage. I am sure there are Flacons fans flipping shit in Atlanta today, but at the end of the day it is probably hard to get public funding for a NFL stadium when so many people are struggling and taxes are already up.
