I know I shouldn't be boasting because Kentucky lost in the first round of the NIT to the VERY underrated Bob Morris, but damn it feels good to see Duke lose.
First, I think as soon as Kevin Ware's leg snapped with the bone sticking out, I think the rest of the Nation jumped on the Louisville bandwagon pretty fast, so not only did Duke not get it done, EVERYONE was rooting against them.
Their is just something about Ryan Kelly, Mason Plumlee and Seth Curry that piss me off. I don't know what it is, but Duke seniors are always the worst kind of Dukies. Everyone goes on and on about how great they are and how they have been fantastic teammates, etc. I am just so happy that none of them went out on top and got embarrassed. Has anyone seen Ryan Kelly since the Miami game? honestly, the dude looked unstoppable and then he was invisible, craziest thing I have ever seen. He can definitely not make it in the NBA.
I'm just glad that Duke is out of it and I don't need to think about them for another year.
