It's really not going to matter who the coach is until they improve the talent on this roster. What everyone is asking now is whether or not this will effect whether or not Lebron Comes back to Cleveland. Sources seem to think he won't care, and I have to agree with that. Lebron is going to care way more about who else is on the roster than who the coach is. If he doesn't like the coach, you really think the team is going to stick by the coach anyways?
The Cavs have a year to make their pitch for LeBron, it'll be interesting to see how they decide to build. The latest rumor is the Cavs are doing everything they can to try to land LaMarcus Aldridge.
