Bucs Land Revis
The Jets have finally traded, as he is on his way to Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers gave up their 2013 first-round pick (No. 13 overall) and a conditional fourth-round pick in 2014 that could become a third-round pick. It's essentially a third-round pick, though, because the condition is that Revis remains on the Bucs' roster on the third day of the league year in 2014.
It's a good deal for both teams. The Jets had to get rid of Revis at this point. He was unhappy, and they are in salary cap hell. Plus, they suck and need to completely rebuild. The Bucs get the best corner in the league, and when you're in a division with Brees, Newton, and Ryan you could always use good corners.
