Bruins Sign Swedish Star
Bruins and Swedish center Carl Soderberg have agreed to a three-year contract. The Bruins have actually had the right to this guy since a trade back in 2007 with the Blues when they sent Hannu Toivonen. Soderberg has been playing in the Swedish league for 11 years as a center, but is expect to play wing for the Bruins.
He had 31 goals in 54 games this season, and is another big body for the Bruins (6 ft 3 in). He could add some much needed scoring, and would add to the depth of the Bruins, which has been tested recently with all the injuries.
