Reggie Bush To Lions? (UPDATED)
The Lions have offered Reggie Bush the starting RB job over Mikel Leshoure and Joique Bel, as a way to try to lore him in. The only other team that I have heard make a serious push is the Cardinals, but I can't see why he would want to go there, unless it's just about money.
I am sure other teams will jump in, but Bush is going to want to be an every down back, which could limit his market. Detroit isn't going to be able to pay top dollar with their salary cap problems, but it has to still be interesting to Bush because of the thought of being in the same offense as Calvin Johnson and Matthew Stafford. In the same thought, the Packers would seem to be a good fit if he was willing to sign to a cheaper deal.
***UPDATE***
The Detroit Lions have agreed to terms on a four-year contract with Reggie Bush and will introduce the running back at a news conference Wednesday afternoon. We have not got word on how much the contract is worth.
