The Flames currently sit in last place in the Western Conference, and with a shortened season there is little time to turn it around. With Iginla set to be a free agent at the end of the season, trade rumors are beginning to swirl, and most reports suggest it's the Bruins and Penguins as the early front runners.
Iginla is getting older now (35), but he can still score (32 goals last year). He could help improve the power play, and add another great power forward wing that you just can't have enough of. I have been an Iginla fan for a long time, and would love this to happen. I don't think the asking price would be overly high since he is a free agent at the end of the season and because of his age, so I really hope this is something the Bruins make a serious run at.
