"The Atlanta Falcons found a replacement for John Abraham on Wednesday by reaching an agreement with free agent defensive end Osi Umenyiora on a two-year contract. A league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter that Umenyiora's deal is for $8.5 million, with a max value of $12 million, including $5 million guaranteed (ESPN)."
Falcons are once again stacked. Umenyiora is a nice replacement for the loss of Abraham. The Flacons were already pretty stacked, but with this signing and the signing of Steven Jackson they are going to easily be a top 5 NFL team. I am not a huge believer in Ryan, but with the weapons he has around him he would have to be pretty awful not to have a great season.
